  • I offer therapy online via Microsoft TEAMS and in person in South East London (SE3). Limited evening and weekend appointments are available on request.

    • CBT sessions are £110 for 60 minutes.

    • EMDR sessions are £115 for 90 minutes.

    • Supervision sessions are £85 for 60 minutes.

    All self-funding payments can be made via bank transfer. Bank details will be shared once therapy arrangements are agreed.

  • Yes, I offer a free 15-minute telephone call. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

  • This varies depending on what you would like support with. Some people find a shorter piece of work helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. We can review this together as we go.

    EMDR helps you process distressing or traumatic experiences so they feel less overwhelming and easier to manage.

  • Yes, everything you share in therapy is confidential. I will explain this in more detail at the start of our treatment, including when confidentiality may need to be broken for safety reasons.
