About…

Hi, I’m Sabrina. I am a BABCP-accredited CBT psychotherapist and EMDR trained therapist based in South East London.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS across a variety of clinical and senior leadership roles. Over the past 16 years, I have worked within several NHS Talking Therapies services in London, providing clinical and case management supervision alongside my clinical work delivering evidence based psychological therapies to adults in the community.

I specialise in working with trauma and PTSD, as well as depression and a range of anxiety difficulties, including stress, burnout, OCD, social anxiety, and health anxiety. I have a particular interest in women’s health and low self-esteem, especially where identity, culture, and background shape how we see ourselves and our sense of worth. This often includes exploring the dual and multi-heritage experience, and how this contributes to feelings of imposter syndrome and sense of belonging.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice, in line with NICE Guidance. Together, we will make sense of what you are experiencing, what’s keeping things stuck, and what might help life feel more manageable again.

I offer a calm, considered and balanced space where you feel listened to, respected, and supported as we work at a pace that feels right for you, tailored to your individual needs.

If you would like to find out more about how we can work together, please get in touch.
